(a) Each member of the national forest boundary shall develop and implement: (i) a strategy to facilitate the rapid and effective extension of national forest boundaries, which: (1) ensures a coherent approach to the widening of national forest boundaries by clearly extending borders, reviewing the process and widening borders. (b) The Co-Chairs shall coordinate, verify and control, in consultation with the Director, the extension of national forest boundaries. . . .
